I will be honest. If you want results, your diet is going to make or break you. But before signing up to this I will need you to be fully commited and be willing to put in the effort. You will not be receiving a strict day to day meal plan but a set of macronutrients (Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat) for you to reach in your own way with your own food choices but you will receive a sample meal plan and full guidance on how to create your own meal plan with the foods you love. Please understand. With this plan you will be tracking macros. You will need to use a food scale and and keep a food diary. It is the only way I can almost guarantee you results. This plan only includes dietary coaching, but you can combine this with your own training program (a popular option). This service lasts 12 weeks but you can renew this when it’s over at a discounted price. It is of course available for both Males & Females. Included: Your own personal split of Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat tailored towards your goals and your lifestyle. I will also be giving you the amount of cardio to hit weekly if needed. Weekly updates and adjustments Guidance/Advice on how to easily track your macros to manipulate your body composition. Guidance/Advice on certain protocols to help with hunger should you be cutting or how to eat more if you are trying to gain weight. “Refeed Days” included for those cutting and even “Mini Cuts” for those on a bulk for optimal body composition.
